Shop Summary:
Tried ordering an e13 DRS chainguide. Their website said all orders are shipped 2-3 days after order is processed. What they don't tell you is that it takes them about a week to process your order, then an additional 2-3 days to get the thing out the door. After sending several emails asking about the progress of my order and recieving no reply I cancelled my order, and took my order somewhere else where it was processed and shipped the same day.

Customer Service:
Terrible! Called several times for 2 days and no one answered the phone. Keep in mind I called during the middle of the day on a weekday, so someone SHOULD be around, and they did not even return the phone call. Left several emails, no reply...except to the one canceling my order which was replied to quickly.

Other Comments:
They may have great prices on items but that's because no time or money is spent on customer service. I'm more than willing to pay $10-20 more for the peace of mind that my order is being handled promptly and by people I can actually contact if an issue arrises. I will NEVER shop there again....save yourself the time and go to Jenson or Cambria, still good deals, and excellent service.

Oh and they get 1 star for low prices if you're willing to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive.

Shop Summary:
Poor service: they accepted an order but failed to notify me that they were out of stock. After 3 emails, they respond and promise to have the item the next week. What happens? Again out of stock. Rick's response was that my response was too slow. Which of my 10 emails to him were too slow?

This a great online bike shop providing great prices on a wide variety of top-notch biking gear.

Customer Service:
Customer service was excellent. I had several questions about a couple of items, and questions were all promptly answered by courteous staff.

Shop Summary:
I purchased from Bikes Online when i was looking to buy cycling jerseys for women. They have quite a few brands and sizes that were nice fits for me. This was exciting as I had problems finding suitable apparel at other bike shops. In subsequent visits I have looked through their product offerings in more depth and have found them to have just about any cycling related item you need. It's nice to be able to find most of what I need at one place.

Customer Service:
Service has been great. Shipping costs are reasonable and I have received my items quickly. I am very happy with my purchases here.

Shop Summary:
I have shopped at Bikes Online on several occasions. They appear to have a pretty extensive selection of both mountain and road gear. My experience to date has been excellent. The prices are very good, the stuff gets here quickly...what else can you ask for? Recommended.
