Shop Summary:
Went to a few area shops when my boyfriend and I decided to jump into cycling. By far the guys at Bikeland were the most knowledgeable and polite I came across. We went in to purchase mountain bikes (which we did) and within a month were back to purchase our road bikes. They invited us out for their weekend rides around the area and taught us everything we needed to know. We won't go anywhere else!

You can tell they are passionate about the sport and are excited to get people involved in the sport. Very nice, clean shop with a lot to offer!

Customer Service:
They can get busy at times, but always acknowledge me and take care of what we need. We've been known to just stop in and chat.

Shop Summary:
Bikeland is a very nice shop. The shop has a lot of different bikes to choose from and the mechanics seem to be on the ball. Unlike a lot of other shops, they seem to take a serious interest in your questions and do everything to help you out. I ordered several parts thru this shop and every time my order came in quickly and was the correct item.

Customer Service:
Great customer service.

Other Comments:
Nice bike shop with a lot of inventory of bikes, clothing, shoes, helmets, and bike stuff.

Shop Summary:
By far the best shop in the Houston area. This shop carries top of the line equipment that is by far more superior to the other bike shops in the area. The shop is always clean and inviting. Prices easily compare to other shops but like anything in the cycling world--you get what you pay for, if you want cheap you get cheap.

Customer Service:
The staff has always been extremely helpful and educated in cycling products. This is the only place I will have service my bikes, everyone involved with this shop has done excellent work in keeping my bikes maintained and in a very timely manner.

Shop Summary:
This shop looks great, they have everything someone would need to get out and enjoy the trails. Usually everything is in stock and if it's not they will order it and it will be in within a week. They price things at the advertised MSRP just like on the websites for the stuff they're selling and don't try and steal your money.

Customer Service:
The service at this shop always seems to be packed, this must say something about the service itself. Every time I've had to get something fixed or diagnosed they have not failed. I've even had the owner spend well over an hour trying to figure out where a creaking was coming from in my bike, well dedicated to doing the right thing.

Other Comments:
Go in and see for yourself what they're about, you can't go wrong.

I've had pleasant dealings with Bikeland. Jeff is definitely an interesting guy but not a reason to avoid the shop.
