Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: In the past I was satisfied with the store as a whole. Never had to return anything until yesterday. That's when you really find out what a shop is all about. One pair of Specialized Pro Comps was delaminating; purchased 3 new tires for our bikes since I replaced one earlier due to the same problem and was told by the salesperson to bring the old ones in, which I did. Remember 3 were delaminating so I figured that it would be safest to all of them. When I returned the old ones the owner would only replace 2 of them because the third one wasn't dammaged. No store credit. So I have two more tires on top of the three I bought the day before.
I contacted specialized and they will replace it for me but I'll have to pay the shipping. Their basis is if your not satisfied return it. Maybe they should look for someone else in Puerto Rico to carry their line as this one is giving them a bad name.
