GO-RIDE is one of the fastest growing mountain bike specialty retailers. Why? Because we have the products you need at prices you can afford. Because we provide a very high level of customer service and professional advice that is rarely found elsewhere.
GO-RIDE only offers and stocks the best. Most of the items we sell we also ride or race, and have very close relationships with the manufacturers and their employees. Riders who choose GO-RIDE get priority treatment from the manufacture and can count on us to see that they do.
GO-RIDE has a loyal following of clients in Utah, but a majority of our clients are located throughout the US and Canada. We also take a lot of pride in servicing our foreign clients and have satisfied customers in: Australia, Brazil, England, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Sweden and others.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: very late service.
i ordered an item from them online, which they claimed they had in stock.
turns out they didn't and when i called to get the status, then they said it would ship within a week. well, three weeks later i get a shipping confirmation telling me the item is coming ...in a week. that is completely dishonest and i would have gotten the item locally if i had known it would be so delayed, because i didnt have the item for the trip i had scheduled with friends.
maybe they have a decent selection online, but if you need something in any reasonable timeframe, i would look elsewhere. Customer Service: very late service.

Downhiller Shop Summary: Havent been to there shop, but i have ordered products off line. All i can say is that they are a great reliable source for mtb products. They do a great job; quick shipping great customer service, honestly i have no complaints. Customer Service: Outstanding. I ordered a chain guide through them and it got here in a bout three business days, not bad considering i live in california. The guide came with no mounting hardware, so i called them up and asked if they could help me out... sure enough they sent me the hardware for free. Very nice guys too, their helpful and they know what they are talking about. Other Comments: They deserve an overall rating of 10

Downhiller Shop Summary: These guys only offer high end products in the DH arena. They don't offer lower end unless you ask... Customer Service: Very good. One of the most complete shops that offer full service when it comes to bikes. They really know their stuff which is the most important. They have a very qualified staff who is very professional. They are not pompous or snobs about what they have or have to offer. When kids come in to talk crap they don't dismiss them. They offer nothing but help. They also have a very extensive knowledge of their products they offer.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This shop is unique. Their physical store front is only a small portion of their overall business. They move a lot of product through their online store.
They carry numerous parts, clothing, and accessories. The bike brands they sell are: Intense, Foes, Iron Horse, Turner, Ventana, Yeti, Kona, Evil, Commoncal, Staats, and Versus.
The best part about the shop is that their staff ride what they sell. They know what works for what type of application. Customer Service: Finding a good bike shop is very difficult. The mechanics there have been really good. Go-Ride handles high end bike repair and tuning as well as the run of the mill day to day tune-ups. Every time I have had work done on my ride I have received nothing but a good attitude from them, quick turn around, and a lot of enthusiasm. I have used a lot of other shops along the front and this shop is one of the best. Check these guys out and if you get the opportunity to meet Scott, do it. He is a down to earth bike genius.
