Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
ZION CYCLES
Located in the center of Springdale,Utah. Next to Zion National Park. Also a great base for some of the best riding in southern Utah,
Gooseberry, JEM, Hurricane Rim, Little Creek, etc...
Bike rentals, service, info, accessories, and bike sales.
Small shop, big service.
Shop Summary: wow, what a great little shop! the place is top notch, smaller than most rv's but super dialed for real riders and even a bit for the community
Customer Service: i had the pleasure of rolling in here with my wife while on vacation, we ride high end bikes that are always perfectly tuned as we own our own shop in oregon, so i had kinda low expectations, particularly of rental bikes...
blown away, fred was awesome, put us on some great bikes (turner sultan and intense tracer) gave us excellent trail beta and even printed us a map. and. the bikes were flawlessly tuned, suspension dialed
Other Comments: springdale is a town of about a dozen families (okay, maybe a few more) but this shop obviously has the ability to take care of the locals and have really sweet bikes available for even the most discerning folks (myself)

Shop Summary: This shop is spectacular. Fred, the owner, is the best around. He and his staff are the most thorough, detail oriented mechanics I've seen in a long time. He always goes the extra step to make sure your bike is in the best riding condition it can be. He is also fantastic at diagnosing issues with your bike, ones that other mechanics have overlooked. In fact, I live 3 hours away and still wait for a trip to Springdale to bring my bike to him to repair!
Customer Service: One word: Superb. So friendly and enthusiastic, you'll want to hang out and chat.

Shop Summary: Man, they hooked me up. I figured I'd be taking the week off while traveling Utah with my girlfriend since she doesn't bike and we were on a hiking itinerary. But.....
The highlight of my trip was the sweet Trek Fuel (8?) with the full Fox suspension and the excellent directions to Gooseberry Mesa.
I stopped othere places in Zion, Bryce, Escalante, Capitol Reef but no one had the nice bikes and the great service of these guys
Customer Service: Excellent.
Other Comments: They set up the suspension for my size, got me on the right bike, map in my hand, helmet on my head (luckily I had my own shorts!!) And on some sweet trails.

Shop Summary: Blew up a fork on the first day on a trip from LA. Called from a cell phone on the trail to see what they had. They asked asked ALL the right questions over the phone before committing. Could have easily hosed me pretty good, but didn't.
Customer Service: While I sat drinking beer, eating pizza and telling tales about the day, these guys were wrenching my bike. New fork, adjusted perfectly. Painless.

Shop Summary: By far the best bike shop I have been to. Freddy and Bill are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable on local rides and even more importantly, knowledgeable about bikes. Both are more than willing to help out whether you are on a $2000 ride or an old clunker. Zion’s Cycle is the only shop I trust to do any of my non-basic repairs. Also, even though they are the only bike shop in town (that I know of) their prices are reasonable and their service is exceptional.
Customer Service: I couldn't imagine better!
