Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels)
that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your
customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML
code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
ZION CYCLES
Located in the center of Springdale,Utah. Next to Zion National Park. Also a great base for some of the best riding in southern Utah,
Gooseberry, JEM, Hurricane Rim, Little Creek, etc...
Bike rentals, service, info, accessories, and bike sales.
Small shop, big service.
Shop Summary: The best "little" bike shop I ever been to. Makes all the LBS's in Portland, OR seem pathetic in comparison as far as service and repair goes and they have a pretty darn good rental fleet to boot. They are one of the only bike shops that I know that will do whatever needs to be done and has just about any small part in the their shop to keep your wheels a rollin'. Even though I have only been twice over the past few years, I was treated like a "local" each time and was well taken care of. Thanks.

Shop Summary: I've rented bikes in many places but by far the best quality and bike set up was at Zion cycles. The bike (Trek Fuel 8) was in great condition and very well maintained - everything worked.
Customer Service: Friendly and accomadating. Suggested I took the bike the night before to allow a dawn patrol of Gooseberry Mesa at first light.
Other Comments: Definately recommended

Shop Summary: Wow, what a freakin' great shop. Owner's cool, rentals are top-notch, service was superb. Not only hooked me and a bud up with killer full-suspension rigs for an epic ride at the Mesa, but they set up our wives with perfectly sized rides for their cruise through Zion. It looks small but they are one of the best equipped lbs's in all of Southern Utah. Spend your $'s here, they deserve it..
Customer Service: Among the best.
Other Comments: We'll definitely be back.

Shop Summary: It is a small shop, but the owner, Fred, is almost always working there. It looks like there isn't much gear and accessories, but Fred will go downstairs and find what you are needing. Finally, two words describes his shop "competency", and "honesty".
Customer Service: There is no better service to be found. I wanted a special XT combo shifter/brake, and Fred spent 10 minutes going through catalogs, and computer searches for me. He found something that was a discontinued model at about 1/3rd retail price. Ordered and subsequently installed. I was a local so I visited this place frequently.
Other Comments: I just moved to Bend, Oregon, and I am in need of some service. I now need to discover what place is best like Zion Cycles. I doubt that anyplace will come close. I am seriously thinking of taking a road trip back to So. Utah to do some riding up at Brianhead just so I can get Fred to do the work on my Superlight.

Shop Summary: wow, what a great little shop! the place is top notch, smaller than most rv's but super dialed for real riders and even a bit for the community
Customer Service: i had the pleasure of rolling in here with my wife while on vacation, we ride high end bikes that are always perfectly tuned as we own our own shop in oregon, so i had kinda low expectations, particularly of rental bikes...
blown away, fred was awesome, put us on some great bikes (turner sultan and intense tracer) gave us excellent trail beta and even printed us a map. and. the bikes were flawlessly tuned, suspension dialed
Other Comments: springdale is a town of about a dozen families (okay, maybe a few more) but this shop obviously has the ability to take care of the locals and have really sweet bikes available for even the most discerning folks (myself)
