Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: If you are in Ogden and are looking for a bike...no need to waste your time coming into canyon...the bike selection is minimal at best...they have about 12 bikes (TOTAL) for adults and the rest little bikes for tots. One or two marins and a handful of diamondbacks nobody wants anyways...dont waste your time. Customer Service: Its fair. Nothing to brag about. Other Comments: I've heard good things about the repair shop...but nothing first hand.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: This store should probably give up on bikes. They don't have a very good selection, the few brands they do have are almost identical in spec and style. The mechanic is nice and knowledgeable, but I don't need a mechanic. If you need a part you'll probably have to order it, if they do have what you need expect to pay top dollar for a several year old product. Example they had a 2004 XT crankset still priced for full retail in 2007. Customer Service: Nice people, but not terribly current on the cycling industry. Only talk to the mechanic, the rest of the people there will pretend they know what they are talking about. Other Comments: If you need a tube, or other 'convenience' item after 6, when most shops close, this is probably the place to hit. Unfortunately there isn't another shop in Ogden that is any better.
