Revolution

Voted BEST SERIOUS BIKE SHOP in 2006 by City Weekly, Revolution is every bikers dream. Hands on service by head mechanic and former pro Cannondale wrench Ryan Keating who generously devotes his efforts and energy to cyclists...as well as the occassional beer. His head is exploding with experience, facts and numbers and he aptly leads a talented and knowledgable group of experience and enthusiasm.

Check out our full line of Giant carbon road bikes, our Cannondale System 6, SIX*13 and CAAD 9 road bikes as well as numerous custom mountain bikes by Titus, Intense, Moots, Look and Yeti. We also carry the Cannondale Rush and Prophet lines as well as the Anthem, Trance and Reign line by Giant for those not ready for the high end experience.

Coming soon are the new 29er bikes by Niner and the highly anticipated Intense Spyder and Titus Racer-X 29er full suspension racers.

Quality bikes backed by expert service and custom fitting. You will love your ride even more when you are correctly fitted to a properly maintained bike.

Happy trails and keep the rubber side down.

Shop Summary:
There is not a better bike shop in all of Utah, period! I have been to almost every one of them, including the shops in Moab and St. George.

While the shop itself may be on the smaller side, and may not carry in-stock every item under the sun, the attention to personal customer service it what sets this shop apart.

Ryan is the man. He is more than willing to help you achieve your biking goals. He will give you honest advice and is not out to oversell or pressure sale anyone. His ability to deliver true customer service is a rarity and a joy, especially in this business. He will work you to get the bike, parts and accessories you want at very reasonable prices. In a day and age where online bike stores try to hype the sale, going to Revolution will remind you that service before, during, and after the sale, amount to far more than any "deal" you may find online. If you are in Utah, or a local, do yourself a favor and save a lot of time and wasted energy, when you need bicycle maintenance, accessories, parts, or a new bike, go to Revolution!

Shop Summary:
Very good, very friendly high end shop.

Customer Service:
Unsurpassed customer service! These guys bailed out me and my buds last year during a MTB trip to Utah. One of our guys had a Titus Racer-X get broken in transit (don't use UPS) and the shop owner took all the parts off of his personal Racer-X and put the parts from my buddies bike on and didn't even charge a rental fee! This is even more amazing when you consider that the guy with the broken frame is 6'7" and about 230lbs. A big boy! That bike was put through some serious abuse for a week. We also had several other major mechanicals during the week and these guys handled it as if we were the only people on the planet. I'm sorry that I can't remember the names of the guys there but they are the best!

Shop Summary:
Great shop! Matt and Ryan know their stuff and will always give you an honest opinion about what works and what doesn't, what breaks and what holds up, what's hype and what's real. Top-notch trouble shooting and spot-on maintainance make for a shop you can trust. We're lucky to have 'em!

Customer Service:
Nothing short of the best. They know that riders ride and get your rig back to you in a hurry, sometimes even on the same day, working like it did when it was new. What more can you ask for?

Shop Summary:
Hands down the best bike shop in Salt Lake and Utah. These guys know their stuff and are always willing to help with advice and expertise. They carry some of the best bike brands, backed by a service department second to none! I ride a 29er and Revolution is one of the only shops that carries 29er parts/bikes. These guys ROCK! "Viva la Revolution"
