You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Shop Summary:
Rentals, downhill, freeride, cross country, road and even kids bikes if needed. DC is the hands down the best bike shop around. I have tried all the other shops in town and DC is the only place that makes me feel like a valued customer. I have been going there for years and have purchased a few bikes. I also send all my friends there. My wife can even walk in and Kong will set her up with just what I wanted.

Customer Service:
All the guys are great to work with. The staff knows there stuff and is great to work with - even if you have some crazy project bike as I usually do.

Other Comments:
I'd give six chillies if it were possible.

Shop Summary:
I've been going to DC for about 9 months now. We have 3 shops in town and i've used them all several times before using these guys exclusively. DC had the only mechanics that never treated me like i was wasting their time with questions. So i started going there more and more. Their mechanic, Andy, deserves most of the credit. He was extremely knowledgeable. Mostly because he's a career bike mechanic and not just a high school kid, But also because he's a really nice guy who wants to help people; and it shows.

Customer Service:
Customer service is great. I've never had to wait more than a day for a repair. They are great at dialing a bike in specific to the owner. I bought a fork(66 light) that wasn't acting right as stock and they tore it down twice to get the right feel for me. Kong, the owner, customized my Manitou Sherman once and that fork was incredible after that.

Other Comments:
I think that covers it. In the last 9 months i've bought 3 bikes from them and am working on the 4th. The best compliment i can give these guys is my business and friendship; They have earned both. (That last part sounds kind of self important doesn't it? You know what i meant though)

Thanks Kong, Andy, Dusty, (Jason and Dan- even though you guys are gone now)
