Bike Shop Owners! We have a new feature we call the Rating Badge. The Rating Badge is a small graphic image (150x58 pixels) that displays your shop's rating and number of reviews on Mtbr.com. You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»

Shop Summary:
Good shop in the Moab area. Doesn't have the widest selection in town, but I have always found what I needed there.

Customer Service:
Customer Service is where this shop shines. I have rented bikes, had my own bikes serviced there, and received lots of good "locals" knowledge. They have charged very reasonable rates or fixed minor problems gratis. Chile Pepper is the first place you should go for your MTN Biking needs.

Shop Summary:
Helpful compitent employees. Quite a pleasant contrast to Moab Cyclery -see my review. There is a reason why these guys are busy. Reserve online ahead of time at www.chilebikes.com

Customer Service:
Exceptional! Very freindly staff. Treated fairly on return of bike.

Other Comments:
I will rent from Chile Pepper again. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! It was great to try out a great bike and not have to tote my own along on the trip. I live in Utah and have frequent adventurous visitors. Count on seeing me again guys!

Thanks!

Shop Summary:
this shop is a great place for all your moab cycling needs! the staff was great and friendly. I rented from them and they took good care of me and the bike. I was late returning due to mis guided epic ride no fault of theirs. They still did not charge for the extra night! They knew the deal and were just happy to see me the next a.m.

Shop Summary:
I know this is a biased opinion since I own the joint, but I just wanted to extend an open invite to any and all of you to the shop. We're always in to making new friends and taking them out on rides.

Other Comments:
Always remember that out of state beer is worth its weight in gold when you drop behind the Zion Curtain. Cheers.
