Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: How times have changed. I bought a great bike there, I can't say the bikes are not above average, but the service is dwindling with every visit. I've taken several bikes in for tune-ups and they've stopped wiping them down or even checking over the bikes. The stopped caring awhile ago and I've noticed the priced keep rising. I was a frequent customer but enough is enough. Customer Service: Very polite people but do not take pride in their work. Very quick to finish the bike, they do not check it over, they do not wipe it down, they do not oil. Other Comments: Specialized is still a great bike, pretty steep prices, poor quality work, friendly staff, nice parking

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: This shop is way sick. The vibe is great, the service is wonderful, and the selection is the best I've seen. Their fits are second to none. I know some people who make 6 hour drives for them. Customer Service: Bar none the best service I've had in a bike shop. These people will make you feel welcome if you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Even if you come in to browse they talk with you, turning you onto sick rides in the area, reliving rides, or just plain talking. Peter, the tall good looking one, was a great help to me in finding the perfect bike and accessories. I had such a good relationship with him that now we are riding partners. Every one of the employees has customers like that. They are great to get along with. Other Comments: This place rocks way hard.
