Shop Summary:
BINGHAMS: it was clean and bikes were displayed in a way you can see them without knocking them over. Vibe was cold, difficult to get someone to help, once they did help they kind of wouldnt leave you alone. used car salesperson feeling

Customer Service:
Unprofessional. manager of the sandy shop didnt have any front teeth, unkept looking and smelled of alcohol. nice!
completely ignored the issues i had, still have, with the specialized shock system FSR brain. I was told i just had to deal with it (the problem). brought my bike in for service and not really sure anything was done to it....
But they did allow you to come into the work area and help work on your bike and or see what they were doing.
The downtown shop is full of snobs! very unhelpful in every aspect.

Shop Summary:
lots of nice stuff, very boutique, clean, nice presentation of merchandise. almost too clean, no real vibe that i felt. too antiseptic.

Customer Service:
i don't know, both i and a friend were there for about 15 minutes, we walked around, touched stuff, and weren't greeted or talked to at all. we left and i think someone acknowledged my friend as he walked out the door.

Other Comments:
They had nice stuff, all generic stuff you get in any shop. they did have chrome shoes, i was going to try some on but no one helped me, so they lost a possible sale and i have no intention of going back.

Shop Summary:
Lots of amazing bikes around and lots of parts available for purchase.

Customer Service:
Several of the workers make the customer feel inadequate. I felt like the guy was showing off to me and making my hard earned bike set-up look like garbage by showing off the 5K bikes and telling me how well he rides and what I could do to my bike to make it better. Excuse me, but I have the best parts that I can buy with my budget, and they shouldn't be saying things like that.

They are knowledgeable in biking, don't get me wrong, but a lot of them are jerks about it. (Sorry for the other half of the staff I haven't come in contact with)

Shop Summary:
How times have changed. I bought a great bike there, I can't say the bikes are not above average, but the service is dwindling with every visit. I've taken several bikes in for tune-ups and they've stopped wiping them down or even checking over the bikes. The stopped caring awhile ago and I've noticed the priced keep rising. I was a frequent customer but enough is enough.

Customer Service:
Very polite people but do not take pride in their work. Very quick to finish the bike, they do not check it over, they do not wipe it down, they do not oil.

Other Comments:
Specialized is still a great bike, pretty steep prices, poor quality work, friendly staff, nice parking

Shop Summary:
This shop is way sick. The vibe is great, the service is wonderful, and the selection is the best I've seen. Their fits are second to none. I know some people who make 6 hour drives for them.

Customer Service:
Bar none the best service I've had in a bike shop. These people will make you feel welcome if you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Even if you come in to browse they talk with you, turning you onto sick rides in the area, reliving rides, or just plain talking. Peter, the tall good looking one, was a great help to me in finding the perfect bike and accessories. I had such a good relationship with him that now we are riding partners. Every one of the employees has customers like that. They are great to get along with.

Other Comments:
This place rocks way hard.
