Racer Shop Summary: Perfect neighborhood bike shop. Everything from kids bikes to high end racing, road and mountain. Lots of other stuff too. Refer tons of friends there because the deals are the best. They will help you find what you need and won't pressure you into something expensive or that your not looking for. Great shop willing to work on anything you have.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: I am pleased to HIGHLY RECOMMEND COTTONWOOD CYCLERY! My first visit was on a busy Saturday afternoon, with a brakepad-less Mt.Bike and my long ride plans fading rapidly. The owner, Allan, and his extremely capable staff; John, Chris and Kenny made all efforts to see that I could get out to my Saturday ride. Since the mechanics appeared to be "on it", I had some other adjustments performed that had been needed for some weeks. When complete, John told me it would ride "better than new" and he was right! My Santa Cruz has never ridden better in the 2 years since I purchased it.
Every staff member went the extra mile and produced great results.
Cottonwood Cyclery gets my business!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. We live close which makes this convenient for us but this store is worth finding and visiting often even if you're not close to it. Thanks! Customer Service: The service is great - you can browse and when you have a question, someone is there to answer it. Other Comments: These guys have even fixed our daughter's wheelchair wheel when it gets discombobulated (long story).

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Alan and his crew are fantastic. They are very knowledgable and always willing to take time to help you out. I usually do my own maintenance on my bike but I buy my parts from Cottonwood Cyclery. And if there is something I dont' feel like tackling I take it to Alan. It is great to have a good bike shop so close to my house. They keep me running. Customer Service: Very customer focused. Treats you like you matter! That is hard to find today.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Small Shop off Bengal. I do all bike maintenance myself, but after speaking with the techs they all seem very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my bikes if I didn't have the time. Full disclosure, I work for an online outdoor retailer so I do make most of my larger purchases through work. But when I need small parts like chains, quick links, bolts, rim tape, tubes, etc I always head to Cottonwood Cyclery. All the employees are down to earth and super helpful. Some might not know every single technical detail, but who does? If they don't know the answer to your question a tech is always available to help. I've gone in on many occasions to find some obscure part and they have them, either new or in a parts bin at a discounted price. I was rebuilding a RS Lyrik and couldn't find 20 wt fork oil for the compression damper anywhere, they had a big bottle and measured me out what I needed, and charged me a fair price. Customer Service: Great. One example, I purchased a RS 5.1d from another shop that went out of business and just recently got to install it on my girlfriends V10. Turns out the shock was defective and puked oil upon first compressing it. I took the shock in and explained the situation. They said no problem, and sent the shock back to RS for me at no cost, called a week later to pick up the new shock. RS also has great CS. Other Comments: Overall, I highly recommend this shop. You won't get the attitude you get at some of the shops in SLC, not going to mention any names. And they're willing to go out of their way to help out the customer.
