Racer Shop Summary: Fair deals, decent service, nice selection of bikes and accessories. Customer Service: Ok while pondering a purchase, but the owner who was friendly before my purchase seems to forget who I am every time I go back (even though I visit the shop once per week). For example: I asked if they could fit me for a tune up, he said come over on a Thursday. I return on Thursday (two days later) and he gives me this blank stare and asks what I want. I'm carrying the bike you sold me, I'm here for that tune up. It will be a two day wait... So much for my ride this weekend.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: The shop is pretty good from what others I talk to. Never bought I bike or had mine serived from there. But always hear great things on the shop service. I have a friend that goes in there to buy her bikes there and her familys as well and has always been impressed with the outcome. Customer Service: Dan the owner is really good for great sevice. If he don't have it is always good to order things for you. And he is always good for hitting up questions to the bikes. Being only about two years opened, I sure wish him the best of luck. He don't have as much as other shops on the floor, but is always more than willing to help out with any thing you have. Customer service is one of the best things there. Other Comments: Its worth the drive over to say hello and check out this shop.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Worth the drive if you live in the valley. This shop is awesome. It's got good inventory of Giant and Scott. Dan (the owner) is extremely friendly and truly helpful. I am new to the sport and he went above and beyond to help me find the right bike and fit it in my budget. I would highly recommend his store to anyone looking for any kind of bike - especially if you know you want a Giant or Scott. I will definitely be coming back. Customer Service: He is all about customer service and not trying to sell you stuff you really don't want or need.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Shop has a nice selection of mountain and road bikes. I've been to numerous bike shops in the American Fork/Lehi area, but Epic Biking in Saratoga Springs beats them all now. The shop, though still relatively new, may have a limited following, but that's to be expected only being open a year or two. Dan, the owner SPECIALIZES in customer service. He has got me up and running multiple times by going out of his way. The shop has also started a spin class in the morning for those too timid to brave the elements. Pretty good selection of bikes. I'd like to see more apparel in the future, though. Customer Service: Customer service here is UNPARALLELED. Dan has proved his HONESTY multiple times when I've been convinced I need a new part when he hasn't tried to shove new product down my throat. He rather fixes that which is broken. I'm not sure how technical his fine-tuning skills are, because I usually need things fixed from ugly crashes, but he's great at meatball bike surgery (the kind I usually need).
While other bike shop techs are aloof and unpersonable, Dan is humble and approachable. Thanks for keeping my bikes up and going, Dan!

They have high end bikes down to quality starter bikes. If they don't have something in stock they will order it for you in a timely manner at fair pricing. Customer Service: Customer Service is Great! Dan will take the time to make sure you get what you want. His shop rates are fair and reasonable and he will get it done fast if you need to get back out on the trail quickly. Other Comments: I find myself in the shop once or twice a week. I have bought everything from hand grips to a high end Giant Trance X2 full suspension bike and many things in between, including but not limited to crankset, gears, pedals, Joplin seat post, UST and regular tires, rims, home bike repair stand, derailleur, cold weather clothing, sunglasses and on and on....... They service all of my Mountain Bikes and my Road bike as well. Dan is an avid biker and loves to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport. Stop in or buy online. They are an honest and trustworthy shop!
