Customer Service:
I found a great bike that I wanted at this shop. They didn't have my size in stock so it had to be special ordered. They told me 7 - 10 days and I can come pick it up. 10 days passed and I get a call stating that they tried to order it earlier this morning and it was out of stock at the distribution center as well. The order was put in 10 days LATER!! I should be riding this thing today and am know back to square one with a weekend planned and no bike. You lost a customer...Very unprofessional

Other Comments:
I am a new cyclist and wanted an appropriate bike. I went to Golsan's and explained I did not know anything about cycling, period. The staff was fantastic. They taught me proper sizing for a bike and fitted me with one that was not more then I could handle. They did not try to oversell me with something I didnt need.

The bike was a great deal and because I was new at the sport they loaded me up with all sorts of things I would need for no additional cost. They were fantastic to work with and as excited as me riding as I was. I would recommend Golsans to all my family and friends

has a lot of stuff in it?

Customer Service:
really really bad went in to pay 50 bucks for a tune up and new brake cables they did a horrible job with it they didnt even shift to the right gears after they were done they didnt bother to check it, two miles riding on it after i take it back in the gear shift cable broke becaouse they didnt bother to clamp down the metal endings on the wires so it poped out and got totally messed up i went in thinking since it had been 6 hours since i got the bike back from them they would redo it cuz they obviously did it wrong, no they charged me 3 bucks for the brake line, no apology ether for doing a horrible job., its been a week now and since then i have had to replace a brake line and the hole cable they screwed up on

Good review with lots of specifics.

The $50.00 tune up doesn't include cables. Sounds like your cable was shot, too bad it wasn't caught earlier. Ask for a manager when you go in.
