Shop Summary:
Just moved up to Salt Lake and this was the 1st shop I went in to, and now I wont go anywhere else. They where super helpful and friendly, they didnt start trying to sell me stuff like other places I have been to in the past. I talked with one of the guys in there for 20 min. about the area and where to ride, he gave me a ton of good info. I will definitely be buying my next rig form these guys!

Customer Service:
Was super good all the guys are very nice and helpful, while I was there a few other people where bringing bikes in to get worked on, they jumped on it right away. They are not pushy at all, they just want to get what you want and they dont try and up sale you!

Other Comments:
Great shop cant wait to get my new rig from them!

Shop Summary:
They have a fair selection and better than average prices. The guys at the sugar house store are the best.

Customer Service:
They believe in what they sell but don't ram it down your throat. I passes on the tallboy in favor of the rip9, but if they sold niner bikes i would walk a mile to buy it from them.

Shop Summary:
Very competent technical staff. I have had them fix the bad work of other shops and make sure that the warranty coverage was applied. They know what they're doing and they are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a complaint about their prices either - always reasonable.

Customer Service:
This is their real strength. They want to work with their customers to get them what they need. Preston and the rest of the staff are always willing to listen and and are aways helpful and friendly. This is always my default choice for a bike shop in SLC.

Shop Summary:
Great new shop location and loaded with a large selection of bicycles.

Customer Service:
Definitely a strong point. I bought my Santa Cruz Blur from these guys a few years ago. They worked with me and made sure I got what I wanted. I have bought 4 more bikes from them since. I have brought in my bike with minor repairs and they were quick to throw it on a stand to make an on the spot fix.

Other Comments:
I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Shop Summary:
This is a great store in a new location, laid back and friendly. They have everything from cruisers to downhill bikes. Treks, Cannondales, SantaCruz are the major brands. They have a large shop section with 5 work stands I think. Tons of parts and mechanics usually working, so if you roll in off the street with a problem they can usually take care of it quick.

Customer Service:
These guys are friendly and willing to help every type of rider. I've seen them loan tools to someone so he could fix his own bike out on the sidewalk. They take time to explain the differences between bikes with newer riders and aren't 'snobs'. They know not everyone's life revolves around cycling. They can rebuild your thousand dollar fork in half an hour and tune your huffy so its rides better than new. The owner is a stand up guy and it reflects in the employees.

Other Comments:
I like to work on my bikes so I ask advice and order/buy parts here all the time, and haven't been disappointed with the crew here.
