Infinite Cycles

Average Rating:    (4.59 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 17

Infinite Cycles is a new kind of bike shop. The concept started as an idea for a business plan competition a few years ago. It has grown from an idea to reality since then.

The foundation of the entire concept is simple.

*Help people get into the sport instead of just selling them bike stuff.
*Treat each customer like a high-end customer.
*Support local trails, rides, races, and activities.

Come see our shop soon. You will be glad you did.

Shop Summary:
Nice Store

Customer Service:
Bike service knowledge was lacking with the crew in the Highland store. It is interesting to me that someone would invest so much in a new bike store and then staff it with people that don't understand the value of a customer. After being told a tune up and spoke change would be two weeks and $100 I took my business to the Bike Peddler. Got the same work done in three days at half the price $50. Very disappointed, won't be returning.

Customer Service:
Great eBay seller and service.

Other Comments:
This is a great place to shop online. The product was excellent and the shipping time blew me away! I had the part in my hand before PayPal had the money out of my account! They must have an in-store post office. I will be shopping here again.

Shop Summary:
Good shop, good customer service, very slow though. Took a week and a half to get a part they told me would be there in two days. Very friendly though

Shop Summary:
These guys are awesome. I've been to other bike shops in the area and once I went to Infinite Cycles I swore I would never go anywhere else. I actually pass 3 bike shops to go there because they are so wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Customer Service:
The best.

Shop Summary:
Free Lifetime Tune-ups, willingness to look at, and make quick adjustments on you bike whenever they need it. They always explain what their doing. Free classes to teach you about the sport. Awesome!

Customer Service:
Always right on the spot when it comes to seeing what help you need. They teach you as you shop. These folks are committed to getting you the right stuff for the type of rider you are. Bought our bikes there, bought all our gear there, and nothing but helpful. My wife was having problems with her stock seat, and they spent tons of time talking her through what would help her issues. They even mounted a test seat for her to try for a couple of weeks. This shop has earned our business. They treat you as a biking friend, not a just a customer. They took all the intimidation factors out of becoming a cyclist.
