Shop Summary:
These guys are bicycle experts and really know what they are doing. They offer a range of bicycles including top-end. They are a small but well stocked bike shop with a strong emphasis on customer service. Earlier in the summer I had them repair my Specialized S-Works and their shop rate was very competitive. When I got the bike back, there was a problem which actually caused some damage to the bike. I took the bike back to them and without hesitation they recognized that they had made a mistake in the repair. They were very interested in making things right with me so they corrected the original repair and replaced the damaged component all at their cost. Later in the summer I decided it was time to buy a new mountain bike. I really wanted to make sure I got the right one for me, so I did A LOT of research and considered quite a few bikes from various manufacturers and looked at a lot of bike shops. Kory (the owner) spent quite a bit of time talking with me over course of many visits and telephone calls discussing different bicycles and options that I was considering. He knew I was also considering options from other shops but he still seemed to be interested in helping me find the right solution for me without any pressure. I ended up buying an Ibis Mojo HD from Joyride and I absolutely love it.

Shop Summary:
Great shop in downtown Logan. The bike selection is large, but specific parts usually have to be ordered.

Customer Service:
Very easy and pleasant to work with. They are in the business for more than just making money.

Other Comments:
This is in my opinion the best shop in Logan and I go to Joyride before I go anywhere else. The customer service, knowledge, and selection of mid to high end equipment wins me as a customer.

Shop Summary:
Probably the best shop in Logan, which isn't saying to much. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. They sell Bianchi, Scott, GT and some crappy brand called Felt

Customer Service:
Top notch.

Other Comments:
Like all bike shops prices are too high for me to justify, bike shops need to figure out how to be competitive in todays market. My suggestion is to have internet sales, Joyride is a cool enough name that if they invested some money they could become a good online seller, maybe then they could lower their prices enough to close the shiiitty bike shops in town down, namely sunrise, al's would be nice but at least sunrise should give it up.
