Average Rating:    (3 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 6

This bike shop is a one man operation and the man in charge has over 25 years experience in racing, building, repairing and riding bikes. If you're looking for a Cycle Cross, Road, Fixie, or Single speed mountain bike or just something to pedal around town come check it out. The owner sells what he rides and is very considerate and respectful as long as you are. He also will repair your derailleur happy bikes too. Which may give you a good opportunity to try out a SS while your gears are out of commission.

Shop Summary:
Ah, Mr. Jensen, again. I see you left your tracks on my web site and it lead me right here. Nice. Yes, I'm full of myself. Yes, I yelled at you and told you to get the f--- out of my shop. I never worked on your bike. I've never done a "tune up" because there is no such thing. It's folks like you that will keep me away from retail for a long time. Lesson learned.

Customer Service:
The next time I'm in Meridian, I'll be sure to look you up. We can go for a bike ride together.

Shop Summary:
I brought my bike into this shop for a simple tune up, when I got it back it was in worse shape than when I took it in. If this joker has 25 years of experience, then he also has a learning disability. I've gotten better service from the 17 year old working a joyride who didn't know what a track hub was.

Customer Service:
absent, just desperately trying to unload as much crap as he could. and it is crap

none

Shop Summary:
This guy is an egotistical joke. It's obvious that the reason he went out of business is because he is a bad wrench. at least now this worthless self described hippy (how pathetic is that?) won't be taking business away from the other bike shops in town.

Customer Service:
bad customer service, I'm a better wrench when I'm drunk than this guy is at his finest

Other Comments:
what a joke,

Shop Summary:
Anything you need, you got it (insight/product). If you don't think you need something and get it anyway, you will be thankful you did. The shop owner wants to do what he can, with a lot experience, so you can enjoy yourself. I'm happy I was able to visit this shop while it was in full service.

Customer Service:
Great! Some would say a religious experience, others would say a life(biking) changing experience. All we know, is we dig.

Other Comments:
I'm guessing if people were to have negative responses, these "bikers" with negative comments would have a closet full of colorful spandex, multiple derailleurs (on 1 bike), a love of their multiple inches of travel (possibly due to a lack of their own length...of travel), and a tendency to be inebriated by S.S., rigid bikes...just a personal thought.
On a side note, if you fall into two or more of the above categories and are ignorant, just remember to have fun out there people, if you're not, please just keep your cadence high on the road or treadmill.
