Shop Summary:
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I thought the first time might be someone having a bad day but the second time was worse. Stopped in for parts as they are the only specialized dealer in town. Service tech was the most self righteous prick I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in the bike industry. One word answers and refused to even look at my bike. I only needed a screw. As a local I'm embarrassed that people like this are the face of Moab to visiting riders. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other bike shops on town with friendly staff that appreciate your business.

Shop Summary:
2013, what a great time to be at the Rim Cyclery. The shop celebrated 30 Years in July, little cupcakes at the clerk's counter AND Robin and Bill Groff were inducted into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame this year as Pioneers!

Customer Service:
Cheerful crowd. I got a handlebar basket for my town ride.

Other Comments:
Also in 2013 -- New tatoos on the entrance walls. Fun paint job.

Shop Summary:
Destroyed new Specialized seat on trail. Brought bike (2009 S-Works Stumpjumper) into shop at end of the day and bought new seat which they installed for me. While doing this, the techs noticed some other minor adjustments that could be made and did so with my approval, all at no charge (other than the seat cost).

Customer Service:
Superb customer service. Took care of me and my buddy with bike service with great attitudes and without any hint of snobbery typical of big city cycle shops. Even offered to handle warranty issue with new seat, even though purchase was made in Houston, TX! They were outstanding and provided us flatlanders with outstanding service and advice on trails to tackle for novice riders. RECOMMEND RIM CYCLERY TO ALL SPECIALIZED OWNERS!!!

Shop Summary:
This is my shop of choice when in Moab riding. When the Grateful Dead follower, Kelby, manager greets you with "Hey Man", know that's Kelby - he will take care of you as will all of their mechanics and employees! If they don't have it and you are there for a bit he will order it pronto. If there is a part that is a hard to find replacement, they are the shop that is likely to be able to dig one up.

Customer Service:
They understand that you're in Moab to ride, not wait for repairs. Understand that morning and evening are the rental times. Go there middle of the day with your technical issues and you'll be taken care of immediately.

Other Comments:
Best selection of bikes, accessories, parts in town. They are NOT on main street so you have to find the shop, but it is the original Moab Bike Shop, worth discovering, worth returning to.
