Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Hands down, the best shop in all of northern Utah. I can only claim “northern” as I’ve never been to a shop south of Salt Lake City. You will not find a more knowledgeable staff anywhere. Skyline is not an elitist kind of shop; if you walk in with a broken Walmart frame next to a guy with a $10,000 carbon, you will both be treated equally. They don’t seem to care what you ride, only that you keep riding it. Customer Service: Everyone employed at Skyline must have graduated from the “Cheers” school of customer service. The first time you walk in, you will get to know the staff and vice versa. From then, you will feel like Norm walking into Cheers. If you walk in there having never seen a bike or you know exactly what you need, you’ll be treated like an old friend. This treatment has been comfort to a few of my good friends who’ve become cyclists recently, and a contrast to other shops who weren’t as understanding towards a lack of knowledge. Other Comments: As for the shop itself, it’s not state of the art; it’s actually an old church. There’s no professionally designed interior; you won’t find a coffee shop or bistro. What you will find is an amazing staff that is eager to help anyone at any level. The best part of this shop in comparison to others is the feeling you get once you walk inside. There’s nothing commercial about it. It feels like an old friend’s house. There are dogs lying around (not to be feared… I’m not even sure they’re breathing half the time) the regulars are talking to the staff about trail conditions or whatever and every maintenance stand has something different in it. This shop is what all others should strive to become.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: The BEST shop in Northern Utah!!! Matt and Butch know their stuff and treat their customers right. No pressure no hassle, no BS. They are the best mechanics and their service simply rocks! Very fast turn around and knowledgeable about bikes. I also appreciate their insight and opinions. Prices are very low, and they have tons of selection. Unlike other shop owners Matt actually LOVES to ride (gasp) and makes time to do it! Customer Service: Other shops should really take a lesson from this shop. Skyline is not all that local to me; BUT I am glad I came upon them from a fellow rider's recommendation after I wasn't satisfied with work done at my "local" shop. I drive far out of my way to this shop because I know my bike will be serviced correctly and at a great price. I can't say enough good about this shop!!! Other Comments: Look no further, Skyline is the only Bike shop to visit.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Great shop, was greeted promptly and didn't feel pressured to buy a thing. My questions were answered and the employee I talked to knew knew what he was talking about and was great to work with. My repair was done on time and they even helped me put my bike on my car when I picked it up. I will definitely go back here for all my parts, repairs and future purchases. Customer Service: The employees are great, they answered my questions and I didn't feel hurried. Other Comments: Loved the shop dogs!
