Shop Summary:
Well organized, a small shop but packed to the rafters with a wide variety of essentials and other goodies.

Customer Service:
Fred is a top notch bike technician, he spotted a very slight bend in my derailleur hanger and changed it out, this made a huge difference in shifting performance.
Later in the week I came back with chain pulley that had failed on my Fuel EX9.8, he didn't have the part but took apart one of his own new derailleurs to fix mine !
Very knowledgeable of the trails and surrounding areas.

Other Comments:
Lots of quality bikes to rent here also !

Shop Summary:
Small shop, but had all the gear! Great bikes, very helpful.

Customer Service:
Everyone was awesome, the tech on the outside stand was the best, got 11 people set up in no time. No issues with the set ups, just adjusted my seat and rode.

Other Comments:
Can't wait to get back!

Shop Summary:
Awesome shop with virtually any and everything you would need for both a road or MTN bike ride. The owners have done a great job of using every inch possible for products. Look high and look low, I guarantee, it's in there in somewhere.

Customer Service:
Top notch! This was our first trip to the Zion area. We usually use the local bike shops when were in a new area for riding and dining tips, great recommendations all the way around.

Other Comments:
If you're in the Zion area for riding and need assistance, this is the place to go. Just watch out for Pedro, he might be small, but he'll let you know who's shop it is:-)

Shop Summary:
I was taken back at the small size of the shop at first, but after looking through inventory, noticed that it was all very well organized and easy to shop. Prices were reasonable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Customer Service:
We were able to reserve a rental (new Trek Remedy) in advance and pick it up at the shop right at opening time, getting us onto Gooseberry in the early a.m. One of us broke a derailleur hanger on the trail, called Fred and he was able to produce one, install, and tune the derailleur in no time.

Other Comments:
Fred was very friendly and thorough. He not only set up our buddy with a new rental bike, but he printed maps for us, gave us trail suggestions, restaurant suggestions, and even stayed late to finish fixing our buddy's bike. Great shop! Great people!
