Shop Summary:
One of the best bike shops I've been in. They have a vast selection of quality bikes, accessories and apparel on hand at all times. Their in-stock selection of brands is excellent as well, and they can order anything you want. The service department is right there on the main sales floor, and everything is extremely well organized. Unfortunately, it's on a super-busy street, and leaving the shop can be really hard due to all the traffic going by. Especially if you want to turn left on Williston road, which can be nearly impossible at times.

Customer Service:
We bought 2 bikes there back in November 2006, a 2005 Kona Blast for my girlfriend and a 2006 Kona Hoss for myself. The sales guy took all the time necessary to make sure the bikes fit us perfectly. We never felt forced into buying anything, we just tried countless different setups until we were satisfied. Whenever we voiced a concern about a bike we were trying, the sales guy would immediately pull out another bike that rectified that concern. He was very knowledgeable about the bikes he had on hand, and he never stuck to a specific brand, he just wanted to make sure we'd be happy with our purchase for years and years (and we have been).

Subsequent visits to buy parts, accessories and apparel were just as pleasant. While their prices are based on the MSRP (and therefore higher than most online stores), I find it easier to buy from them anyways, and worth the extra cost for the added personalized service, not to mention the ease of returning or exchanging an item if I'm not happy with it. No receipt necessary!

Other Comments:
Buying a bike from them entitles us to 10% off any parts, accessories and apparel we buy there in the future, forever. You also get free tune-ups and adjustments to your bike forever. I've bought cycling shoes, shorts, locks, mirrors, helmets, tools, bottle cages, bottles, service parts and all kinds of other things from there. The help from the sales people is always great.

Whenever the slightest thing goes wrong with my bike, the service department is always available to help fix the issue right away. When my rear brake caliper was seizing up, the problem was looked at and rectified immediately (turned out it was my fault, but still no charge). When I needed a new stem, it was swapped out right away. I never hesitate to walk in with my bike for mechanical issues or upgrades. Most times, there were no charges at all for the labor. The only exception is when I needed my rear wheel trued and some spokes replaced, and that cost me all of $20. When I asked to have the cassette replaced, I forgot to mention that I wanted to keep the old cassette, so they threw it out. When I mentioned my error, they gave me a brand new SRAM PG-950 cassette for free.
