The shop is filled with beautiful high end bikes and the mechanics are more than into their sport. They all race competitivelly and have lots of input.
Shop Summary: The store is an outdoors store with a decent sized bike shop. They carry a lot of accessories and clothing. The bikes they carried last time I was in included Giant, GF, Fuji, and others. Their prices are usually very good - lots of sales. I've never had any maintenance work performed.
Customer Service: Really, really inconsistent.
The good: When they didn’t have an odd-sized seatpost in stock, they helped me go through all of their catalogs to find one that would meet my needs. When I picked one out, they thought they might have seen one in the shop. They pulled it off of a rental/demo bike and offered it to me a half price (it was in excellent condition). I appreciated the effort. When I've had questions about bikes in the past, most of the staff takes the time to answer all of them.
The bad: (1) A friend blew a tube on his 29er. We went in to have the tube replaced and, despite Hudson having ten-plus 29ers on the sales floor, found that they did not carry 29” tubes. (2) I went in to test ride (around the parking lot) a Felt 9, a bike that does not come with pedals. They stated that I could not test ride it because it didn’t have any pedals. I asked if they could put some on, and they refused. I asked if I brought a set of pedals in could I use mine, and they said no, it could damage the bike. I asked how they planned to sell the bike without someone testing it, and they said they don’t allow test rides on bikes that are on sale, and then walked away.
Other Comments: Bottom line, they do have a good selection and very good prices. If you find a good sales person, get their name and ask for them in the future. If you get a bad sales person, try again in a week.

Shop Summary: The shop is filled with some of the highest-end bikes in the area. They have, Litespeed, Felt, Fuji, Orbea, Giant, Rocky Mountain, and Gary Fisher. Many of these brands have high end handmade frames and give you the option of building it up with your choice of components. I was fitted via a laser scan booth, then had the frame custom made.
Customer Service: The shop guys are very nice and clearly know what they are talking about. They all own both raod and mountain bikes and race Downhill and XC, they tried to introduce me to DH but i'm too old and yes, scared. Anyway, no matter what problem I came with they always had an answer, so far. So..great guys, never gave me attitude or made me feel like my problems weren't important no matter how small.
Other Comments: I recomend this shop as long as the same group of guys are working because they really are great. The guys who stand out are Chris (the know it all man) Andrew, and Dan. Give them a visit!
