Shop Summary:
There are bike shops and then there are bike shops. I was hunting around for an Orbea bike and could not decide on a 2006 on clearance or to pony up and pay the price for an '07. I must have called twenty shops around Virginia and elsewhere in the country to ask questions. Why call so many? Because I could never find anyone who would give me a straight or intelligent answer.

Anyway, I stumbled on to Jared and Curtis at Bike Stop in Warrenton by way of reading the review of their sister shop in Culpepper. These guys are straight forward and totally honest. Having been told that certain Orbea's were either not available from the 2006 line or not on clearance from 2006 by other dealers Jared straight away told me what he could get and for how much. I was pretty shocked at what they said was available (the last dealer that I spoke with in Virginia had told me that the certain '06s in certain colors or sizes were not on clearance - wrong!).

So, I got in the truck and drove the 60 miles to Warrenton and met up with these great guys. I test rode the 06 Onyx in different sizes and drooled over their personal 07 Orca's. At any rate, I ended up ordering an 06 Orca in the color and size that I wanted and can't wait for them to get it in and set it up for me. Their prices are reasonable and they are very knowledgeable.

Customer Service:
What else can I say. Their service is great, they are fair, honest, knowledgeable, easy to deal with, etc, etc, etc!

And by the way, the guys in Culpepper were awesome in directing me to Warrenton. They dererve an honerable mention!

Other Comments:
These fella's must have read Stanley Marcus's (Neiman Marcus founder)book, "Customers for life". They have found one in me.

As Arnold would say, I'll be back!

Thanks Guys!

Please excuse any typo's...
