Shop Summary:
I had gone to A1 Cycling and they had provided some pretty terrible customer service. The second I stepped into this store I knew it was different. The employees greeted me with pleasure and I told them I wanted a cheap helmet that had good airflow. He directed me to the Giro Indicator and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I'm sure if I needed to talk, they would have devoted all of their time to me.

Customer Service:
The customer service was great. I can't stress how nice they were and they were somewhat-very knowledgable (I don't know because I didn't really question technical questions). They knew my small answers. Just great overall.

Other Comments:
If you need a bicycle store in Leesburg VA, this is it.

A very nice shop with helpful employees. They have a good selection, and can help the beginner to the more advanced rider. They seem to be very knowledgeable, although I've never had any work done there.
