Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
3Sports is a super bike shop! Carrying only the top brands such as BMC, Santa Cruz, Seven, Titus and more they have an exellent selection. Whether you need a ready to ride or custom built ride, 3Sports has you covered. Ben, the owner, is right on site always working in the bike shop basement. He is not only a triathlete himself but has a super wealth of knowledge when it comes to bikes. 3Sports has quickly become my go to bike stop for anything biking/running related! I also must gives kudos to Tom over at the Short Pump running store location. He set me up with a pair of properly fitted running shoes that have completely freed me of IT band syndrome pain! Spot on. Ben always gets it right, the first time. They have awesome bike mechanics in the shop who are always willing to help. To me that speaks volumes since most bike mechanics stay in the back away from the customers. They are lightning fast when it comes to getting your orders in. I recently ordered a new rotor for my Avid Juicys. It was there that very next morning AND they called me that morning. No waiting until the afternoon to call like a of of shops do. So what did I do? Picked up the rotor and bought an entire new custom DT wheelset. Shops like this will always get my business. Other Comments:
