You can put it on your website and it allows all your customers to review your shop. It also gives new customers the reviews and validation they need to buy from you. Just cut and paste the HTML code found in the Rating Badge section of your review page. More details about the Rating Badge here»
A-1 Cycling

Excellent, quick, fair and very reasonable prices for service. Shop is well stocked. Rob, the manager was very friendly, accomodating and did several other minor adjustments to my bike without extra charges, despite the fact that i did not purchase the bike from his store.

Shop Summary:
Originally bought a bike from another bike shop, but returned it soon after visiting A-1. I had called to see if they had any closeout bikes, and was helped on the phone by Rob. Rob was more than happy to spend a couple minutes with me and tell me exactly what they had. I went in that evening to see the bikes we had talked about. I was then assisted by Devlin. I would reccomend him to anyone who is looking to buy, or simply needs help. He can answer any questions with confidence. He is a rider and racer himself. I ended up purchasing their "demo" Specialized Enduro Expert for a very, very attractive price. Not only did he help adjust all the mechanics on the bike, he even helped me install a car rack and mount the bike. I even received a phone call a few days after stating they had found extra parts and manuals for the bike. I am more than satisfied with A-1. I even purchased my fiance a bike from there. Did I mention, that if you purchase two bikes, you get 10% off accessories purchased at the same time? They also throw in life time tune ups on the house on all their bikes. I could not find a better deal in the area. Keep it up A-1!!!

Shop Summary:
This shop is close to the Virginia metro area, has lots of potential, but extrememly irratating and dissappointing in the end.

Customer Service:
This shops customer service is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. (I've lived in third world countries too). I visit this shop occasionally and every time I leave I vow to never return. I walk in to the store looking for some specific parts, I walk up to the tecs and wait, and I wait, and wait, get tired of them looking at me without acknowledging my presence, and then go back to talking about the newest Dirt Rag mag. So I wait some more, and wait, after 35 minutes I get pissed and walk out. These guys were to busy shooting the sh*t to make a sale or even acknowledge me. So I am an idiot and I go there again, same thing, but finially got someone to talk to me. I pretty much had to bust into their conversation and act like i had some input into it, when I spoke they gave me the death look for interupting them, but at least I got their attention. So I ask for a simple seatpost collar bolt/nut, and the guy looks at me like I just asked him to finish my college dispostion on nucular energy. Then simply says, "we don't carry those"????? THEY WERE RIGHT BEHIND HIS HEAD!!

Other Comments:
You would be better off going to Walmart and speaking to someone who doesn't even speak english, you would bet better help/support. This shop is terrible, and a waste of time. Do not go here!

I as well as my friends have never had a plesant experiance at this shop.
