Shop Summary:
This shop has many higher end bikes however my first visit will be my last. I was met at the door by an emaciated bike shop employee that mumbled something and waved vaguely over his shoulder when I asked about grips. I asked a question about a seat post clamp and the one of the mechanics asked me if the bike was the same model as one behind the counter. I went to look and the other mechanic said to step back because his insurance did not cover customers. I replied that I would gladly step right out the door!

Customer Service:
I have seen this type of customer service before. We refer to it as starving bike racers with an attitude who would really rather be out thrashing themselves or the competition. Good for them but I will look for my equipment elsewhere. I can't imagine actually buying a bike here!

Other Comments:
Perhaps the other locations have some tolerable staff? Maybe they were having a bad month? Maybe business is so poor that they are about to fold? Also, the tiny parking lot is very tight
