Shop Summary:
Joyride has a good selection of bikes ranging from the less expensive for recreational cyclists to higher end for the serious cyclists, and racers. The mechanics are knowledgeable, and repairs seem to get done faster than other local shops. Good selection of specialized trail bikes, which are perfect for Capitol Forest, the local riding area. They also have a good selection of riding gear that doesn't seem extremely overpriced, like other local shops.

Customer Service:
Great customer service! Won't make you feel like an idiot if you don't know what your talking about when explaining a problem or ordering parts. Very helpful when replacing parts or for warranty issues. The lifetime free tune up with the purchase of a new bike is a great deal, especially for someone who doesn't know how to do their own maintenance.

Other Comments:
Overall great selection, and great friendly service!
