Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: They know their stuff. Customer Service: Extraordinary. I showed up late after they were closed needing a new wheel because the spokes were breaking one by one. I commute and dont own a car, so it is my only form of travel. They understood my plight and an employee named Devon drove me to their sister store to pick up a wheel that was in stock since they didnt have it readily available in their own store. He drove me on his own time after work! We talked about beer and what trails were good to ride since I was am new to the Seattle area. In all about a 25min drive. Other Comments: Devon rocks. And thank you bicycle centre!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: A large shop that carries Trek, Specialized, Giant, and some other brands of road, mtn., and bmx bikes and accesories. Customer Service: I had a bad experience at the Silver Lake location. I took my road bike in to have a new carbon fork installed which I supplied to them with a matching set of headset spacers. They tried to switch the spacers out for ones of less quality and cost. I didn't notice this until I got my bike home, then I was pissed. I went right back and told the manager that I wanted mine back. He went over to the mechanic's tool box and pulled them from a drawer. I drive by this store every night on my way home and I will never go back. I will still shop at there Evergreen store as the staff is much better, talk to John he knows his stuff. Other Comments: If you are in the Everett area do yourself a favor and go see Tim's Bikeshop on Broadway. I just found them this last week, they are a smaller shop but the staff is really friendly and knowledgeble. I was looking for a SRAM derailluer pulley and the four other shops I went or talked just wanted to order me a new set. I called Tim's and Kris answered the phone, he put me on hold while he looked through 3 boxes of old spare parts to see if had an extra used pulley, unfortunately he didn't, but he made an effort to help me out and I was a new customer, not a regular, that's customer service! Tim's will get all of my business now!!!
