Shop Summary:
No doubt about the owner Tom being one of the best mechanics and lovers of bicycles around, and this shop has several good mechanics, although Aaron is the more senior and go to guy working on the bikes in the back room here for questions and fixes when extra expertise is needed. The shop is well equiped, has several stations and mechanics, and works on the best high end ti and carbon custom bikes, yet plently of stock for the kids and recreational bikes, with fittings for all bikes done with the same care and attention.

Customer Service:
They will take emergency walk-in repairs, extremely friendly and always committed to taking the best care of you. Always a smile and greeting, no pressure kind of place. Walk in and just say hi, browse a bit, ask for ride information, bike tips, they love biking and it shows.

Are great with warranty work; standing behind their bicycles and products.

Other Comments:
Tom Klune, the owner and Aaron support the yearly bicycle rodeo (Kiwanis club puts this on with BI Cycle)on the island; doing bike safety checks and tune-ups for free as part of the overall event, teaching kids bicycle safety.
