Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Center Cycle is my favorite shop in the Seattle area. It takes me a half hour to get there but its worth the trip because of the amazing selection. Most of the sales staff is great but see below for details. Customer Service: As I said before, most of the staff is great, however, there have been instances where they have been really rude. For example, the manager had just fit my brother on a new helmet was finished helping him. When he asked if there was anything else I needed, I said "Yeah, I'd like some help on sizing for a new bike." After I said that, the manager just walked away and continued talking with another member of the sales staff at the front desk. We had to walk over to the desk and wait until one of the sales staff was done talking so he could help us. Needless to say, I was disappointed with this experience, but overall, the entire staff except the manager are very nice and helpful. Other Comments: Center Cycle is my favorite bike shop and will have my business for years to come, as they had both of my parents business before I started riding. The manager is the shop's only weakness. Keep up the good work, Center Cycle!

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Good location, easy to get to, right off highway 167. Plenty of parking. Shop is clean and profesional and not overwhelming, even though its a big shop with a good selection. Customer Service: Im always greeted quickly and ready to be helped. Prices on accessories are descent and gear, however I did buy a bike and they really worked with me on the price there. Staff could be a little more knowledgeable on the specific models but what can you expect when you have 200-300+ models in the store. Other Comments: Staff wont give hokey answers if there not sure about a question, they work together to get a solid answer and that is pretty rad.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Good selection of bikes parts and gear. Prices are ok and some of the sales staff are good. Read below for customer service explination. Customer Service: Not so good. I was there with a friend of mine, I was looking for a new bike and he was looking for a part he needed. The first guy we delt with was one of the managers. He wouldn't let us take out any bikes at the same time even though he had our licenses and our credit cards (wierd but ok), then when we were done test riding a few bikes he handed us off to someone else (a much cooler sales person who acctually wanted us to buy something). After that he came and told the guy who was helping us to help someone else (that was about 5 min. or less from the time he handed us off). So, then my friend asked that same manager (the only other guy working) if they had the part he needed and he said " I do have one, but let me help these people who just walked in the door first and then I will see about getting you that part". Needless to say after that we just walked out.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Lots of bikes to choose from, and starting to get a large choice of accessories, too. Customer Service: Of all the larger bike shops in the Seattle area, Center Cycle has the most helpful and knowledgeable staff--at least in my opinion. They hire cyclists that obviously enjoy and understand their sport.
