Shop Summary:
I love these guys! I have bought four bikes from this fabulous store! I'm sorry I just don't agree with Andy who says their customer service is poor. I found it to be quite the contrary. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of to the utmost of their ability! Their knowledge of bicycles is rival by no one else up here in the Palouse. Brice, Sean, Bruce and the rest of the gang, Thank you for your awesome service, personalities and patience. You are MY bike store!

Shop Summary:
Hands down, the most road cycling expertise in the area. Experts at bike fit. Nice selection of road and mountain bikes--as long as you like Trek brands (including Fisher & LeMond).

Customer Service:
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I had great relations, with their Solana Beach store's lead mechanic. Having this mechanic working on my bikes. But once the time came, that I moved to another area. Ended up living closer to their San Diego location. (as I had no intent to quit business with Solana Beach).
I was just giving note, that my visits be decreasing.
Never looking at me --- since I been there:
"ISN'T THAT NICE." (no gesture; no change of sound) As he kept his face looking downward, the entire time.
I unerstand that as a 'Get out of here.'
