Shop Summary:
My review is for the new Ferndale location. Super easy to find. Ample parking right outside the place. Well organized shop.

Customer Service:
Allen is customer orietated and super knowledgeable. He is the one building your bike so its done correctly and he can accommodate timelines. Exchanged emails and phone calls when purchasing and Allen was super responsive. Got the last medium frame for me and saved me some packing material. Non of the snobbery/elitism and lack of attention to detail, you would be accustomed to in most shops.

Shop Summary:
Best online shop on the planet in my opinion.
I have always recieved nothing short of excellent customer service, and a ton of knowledge from all who work there.

Customer Service:
Where do I start, well, the customer service in the best I have ever gotten from a bike shop, a wealth of knowledge, and sincere comittment to customer service. Take note bike shops around the country...you can learn alot from DNZ, the same can be said for some bike companies as well. I needed a simple, but important part for my bike that I could not even get from the bike company itself, called up DNZ, Duke had the part mailed out that day, and on my doorstep 2 days later. They even send shipping updates!!!! Once again...Great customer service, and the best selection of bikes and parts for serious, and weekend warriors like me. Keep it up DNZ, I am a customer for LIFE!!!!
Thanks for always taking care of the customer, you guys are the best!

Other Comments:
If you want the best parts, and the best service....GO TO DNZ.
I live in California, and get all my parts from DNZ....No reason to go anywhere else!!! NUFF SAID!!

Shop Summary:
Top Notch. Relaxed atmosphere and no elitism. Best shop in Bellingham. Only problem is they deal in high end (read: legit) gear. Don't expect to walk into this shop and then walk out with a Huffy.

Customer Service:
The best in Bellingham. I have spent a significant amount on gear there, but the guys don't skunk me on the little things. Other bike shops in town would've charged me $20 to press in a headset. But, not DNZ. There's a reason I keep going back. And keep eating ramen :P

Other Comments:
Not really cross-country oriented.

Shop Summary:
Good online shop, especially with there new website, seems that they know what are they doing, and they do ride so it is easy to get advice from them.

Customer Service:
Matty is the one that always answer to my e-mails, and he is great!!! fast response, easy to deal with. In the beginning we had some trouble with the shipment, but Matty took care of me for my full satisfaction, and since than i order some more, and the service is great!!!

Other Comments:
They have high end products in stock that it's not easy to find, not in my country and not on the web, they can get you things that you don't see on there website, prices are reasonable, they are freeriders so it is easy to deal and share thoughts with them about the purchase.
I really recommend them, but if oyu buy online, be patience, but you won't be disappointment!!!
