If you haven''t been to our store, we''re located about an hour north of Seattle and an hour south of Vancouver BC. Sixty miles to the East and you''re at Mt. Baker Ski Area, known for it''s record breaking snow pack and its rating in the top twenty best ski/snowboard mountain in North America. Just 120 miles to the north is the #1 rated ski resort, Whistler/Blackcomb. Bellingham/Whatcom County also has a reputation for some of the best year round mountain biking in the U.S. Right here in our own back yard is Galbraith Mountian, home of some of the best single track the area has to offer. If that isn''t enough, Chuckanut and Blanchard Mountians have world class riding and hiking.

Shop Summary:
I bought an item online at a great price! The staff called me and then told me to buy local because shipping was to high. The true was they miss priced the item and after two attempts to get me to cancel they canceled the order for me. No integrity!!! Then they questioned me like about the price, ask if I knew it was wrong, as if I owned the store. Bad business in my opinion!

Shop Summary:
Fairly big sized shop selling bikes and skis/snowboards

Customer Service:
Awesome customer service! 5stars
people work here are nice and helpful

Here's my latest shopping experience at this shop.
I ride flat pedals but I wanted to try clipless pedal at one point, and bought a pair of shoes here, asked if I can bring it back after trying it out like walking in the mall to see if it's comfortable.
they said ok and i found it's not something for me, so returned the shoes with NO TROUBLE AT ALL!!
I'm definetly coming back to this shop for more stuff in the future.

Shop Summary:
I spent 13 years wrenching and selling in various bike shops, and I have to say that Fairhaven is a great shop with a great vibe. The employees all know what they are talking about, but don't have the snotty attitude you run into in a lot of other high-end shops.

Customer Service:
Steve, service manager, is a great guy and willing to do therequired leg work. They have ordered parts for me a couple times.

Other Comments:
I like this shop.

Shop Summary:
Half decent selection, though very road, family, and XC oriented.

Customer Service:
Ran into some problems here, the one time I took my bike in for some work.
Difficulties were encountered, ended up aborting most of the work that was being done, then had the ownership of several of the parts on my bike challenged by the wrench. Overall, between the condescension I got over the phone, and the implications offered in the shop, this was my first and last time taking my bike here.
Too many other options in town, I'll go for one marginally less close to home in the future.

Other Comments:
The silver lining is that they noticed some cracks in my rear triangle.
Other than that, a poor experience.
