Customer Service:
I would not recommend this bicycle shop to anyone. I am a very short person but not so small that there are not suitable standard bikes to use. I went into this store and the two men behind the work station didn't seem to be very motivated to serve a new customer. One, reluctantly, conceded to come out of his "haven", took one look at me and said, "I don't have a bike in this store to fit you." He didn't even offer to order a bike my size. He behaved like he was doing me a big favor just to even talk to me. I left the store after being there less than five minutes. I did buy a great bike... from another bicycle shop that serves all customers equally and they give outstanding service. They were delighted to help me find just the right bicycle for my size and needs.

Shop Summary:
This shop is one on the best in Western Washington. They provide expert advice and targeted riding destinations. They provide no bias information based on clients needs. I personally destroyed my 1st bike I purchased from Jack's. I took it back 6 months after I had purchased for full credit. I was able to upgrade and get a killer deal on year old bike.

Customer Service:
You have to see Kent. He will go above and beyond
