Shop Summary:
Discovered these guys at the local cyclocross races (they were providing free support-- and racing!), and given how friendly and helpful they were at the races, I checked out their shop. I signed up for a "Pro Level" tune-up and a "look-see" at my right shifter that was being crabby. They called me and said they'd done everything they could to fix the shifter (it was terminal), and that I didn't need a "Pro Level" tune-up, a "Cruiser Level" would do. It would have been easy for them to just do the "pro" and charge me, but they had the integrity and foresight to see what was in my bike's, the owner's, and ultimately, there best interest. They even saved all the old shifter parts to show me what they'd done and how it was unfixable (Thanks Matt!)
These guys are first rate mechanics, don't charge an arm and a leg, and actually race themselves-- so when you have a question they can speak from experience. I've dealt with the bigger bike shops in Seattle and many of them are good, but these guys are like having a trusted, friendly neighbor down the block who will look out for you and your bike. I'm a big (new) fan!

Customer Service:
Unprecidented! I've dealt mostly with Matt and Dean and both have been EXCEPTIONALLY customer friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy, comfortable, and ready to go!
