Shop Summary:
Intimate shop. I want to bring a cup of coffee every time and just talk cycling.

Customer Service:
I've purchased two cross bikes from Phil for my son; one I'm picking up in a few hours. It's out of the way from where I live and work, but the service there is great, and because Phil and Team Tailwind is at almost every cross race in the region, my son always has some mechanical support beyond my tire pump, wrench and hammer.

Other Comments:
I recommend that everyone support a local bike shop when they can...especially on the big purchases.

Shop Summary:
On the majority of your visits to the shop, you'll see Phil the owner/ mechanic providing his knowledge and advise.

Customer Service:
He'll offer candid advise about what products and components are worth the money and which ones are not.

I've been very satisfied with the service from the shop.

Other Comments:
I've purchase a few bicycles from this shop and have been very satisfied with the warranty coverage by both him and Jamis.

This is a small shop, so sometimes I wish there was a little bit larger selection of bikes on hand. That drives the overall rating from a 5 to a 4. However, Phil will take your measurements and order any bike you want from Jamis, Norco or Redline. The benefits is your not paying extra $'s to cover the inventory holding cost.
