Shop Summary:
Shop in small, older building in the Kananwha City section of Charleston. Stock full of Cannondale, Trek and Scott bicycles. Large selecion of components, clothing and shoes. Great place to test ride bikes on the neighborhood streets of Kanwaha Ctiy.

Customer Service:
In a word-FANTASTIC! Great bike techs! If they don't have what you need or want, they will get it for you.

Other Comments:
We have bought nearly 10 bikes from Bill over the years with no companints whatsoever. Bill is very knowledgable about the prodcuts he sells.

Shop Summary:
Fairly straightforward shop. I think the guy there said they were the biggest in the area. Actual store is packed with bikes, clothes, accessories, etc. The shopping area is a bit small because of this. It is in Kanawha City, not the wealthiest place in the world.

Customer Service:
I went there to buy a bike. They had the only price it was going for so I bought it. The sales rep kept telling me the bike I wanted was his last and that it wouldn't last the rest of the week. I doubted that, the bike I bought was average and no one needs to be pressured that way.

Also, I was younger than the sales rep by about half so I did get that "I don't want to deal with this kid" type vibe. It wasn't very pronouced but maybe the younger ones can understand what I mean by this.

Other Comments:
The sales rep said service was $7 to true a tire, very cheap from what I've found. Service rates must be decent.

I don't have too much experience with shops so I'll just give it an average rating (3/5)
