Shop Summary:
This is a very good shop. They have parts or get them quickly. I had some adjustments made, new headset and setup and they did a great job and their prices for parts and service are very reasonable.

They have a good selection of Trek and Cannondale bikes. And others.

Customer Service:
I had purchased a bike from another shop in town and could not get any service. These guys were very helpful and helped me get my bike setup correctly. I've had some minor alterations and they were quick and reasonable.

Other Comments:
The know their stuff. They ride themselves and offer advice and assistance when they can.

Shop Summary:
Very complete shop. I walk in shop for the very first time. (I am from S IL ) With a broke crank. They did not have parts needed to fix it. So they took parts off a new bike on the show room floor! Can not say enough, about how Gary treated me.
Could not have been treated any better at my home town shop.

Shop Summary:
Ride N Slide Sports carries the three top brand names in cycling - Specialized, Cannondale and Trek. They also have the best selection of parts, accessories and clothing I've seen in a bike shop. Rob and the guys are cyclists, they race road and mountain bikes as well as ride for recreation. Their experience alone is as good, if not better, than any of the online "bike stuff" reviews one can read. They've been out on the trail, fifteen miles from nowhere and have something break. They can tell me first hand what they trust and what they don't. Ride N Slide is stocked with bikes and parts a rider can trust.

Customer Service:
Two words on customer service - FAST and ACCURATE!!! If it can be fixed, Rob will fix it. Rob has steered me in the right direction on several repairs and saved me quite a few $$$. Also, let me say that the guys at Ride N Slide are not bike snobs. I bought a used Specialized MTB on eBay, and being used, it needed some parts replaced and a tune-up. Rob took care of me and my bike as if came straight off his showroom floor. They'll repair the garden variety Wal-Mart bike with the same care as they would a top-of-the-line Orbea.

They are a wealth of knowledge when purchasing a new bike as well. With their guidance and experience, one can be sure to get the ride that's right for them.

Other Comments:
Ride N Slide also has top equipment for the avid skiier, which keeps them open all year long. If you like winter riding - RNS is the bike shop for all seasons.

Other Comments:
They have the 3 top brands in the market! TREK, CANNONDALE, SPECIALIZED

Shop Summary:
Great selection of bikes to select from. All kinds of accessories for all kinds of riders and skill levels. Fully staffed mechanic bay in the back with expert mechanics servicing all kinds of bikes. I've never had to wait long for repairs to be made - and their repairs last!

Customer Service:
Rob was instrumental in helping me select the right bike (Specialized Hardrock)when I started riding last year (2005). Now, his knowledge and expertise helps me make informed decisions when it comes to caring for or upgrading my Cannondale Rush.

Other Comments:
Ride-n-Slide is the 'go-to' place in this area. They seem to be genuinelly concerned more with the rider and doing whats right for the rider without regard to making that dollar.

Also, kudos to Gary Moorefield for his excellent trails out at Little Beaver State Park!
