Shop Summary:
They have everything you can think of for outdoor activities. They don't really specialize in anything specific. Staff consist of part time college kids.

Customer Service:
The college kids could talk to somoene who doesn't know much about bikes. Most people who buy a bike from here end up taking it to another LBS in area for tune ups.

Very knowledgable shop employees.
Very friendly.
Stayed after store hours on several occasions to keep me and my bike on the trails.

Great people.
Everyone that works there are avid mountain bike and/or road riders.

Shop Summary:
Everyone at this shop knows what they are talking about. I went in to look at a bike and they were just telling me everything about every bike even if it wasnt in my price range just so i would know the differences in all bikes. The people are always so nice and so willing to help you. The sales people are very committed to answer every question you could throw at them! I will not ever buy from any other bike store again! Pathfinder in Morgantown West Virginia is the best bike store i have ever been to!
