Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: Great shop. You have the choice to build the bike that you want not what ever is in stock. If you are looking for something a little different (1x9, 69er, 29er and single speed) it is the place to go to get your new ride. You will not be told that you have to have a 5000 dollar bike to ride in the woods. Customer Service: Adam is great with repairs. He will go the extra step to make it perfect.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: This is the shop you can go to when you absolutely have to have a part before a ride. Adam will have it in stock, and put it on for you so you can go tear up the trail. He's the most talented and passionate mechanic(He's a Mechanical Engineer) that has ever worked on my bike. I've seen him repair things that any other shop would tell you to buy a new one. Not because they wanted to make money off of you, but because they simply don't know how to fix it. Very welcoming atmosphere to hang out and talk about riding, parts, and who knows what else. It is the essence of what a bike shop is. Customer Service: He pays attention to every detail of your tune-up as if he were going to ride your bike at a 24 hour race. If you need to get in and out, he'll stop what he's doing to take care of your need. He puts your priorities in front of his, and does it gladly.
Other Comments: This shop is the shop that you've seen in Dirt Rag. There are bike mags everywhere, with a couch to hang out on. And there is always someone in there that is going to ride, looking to ride, or riding in from a road ride to fix a creak in there bike. Stop in, and you won't go to another shop.

Cross Country Rider Shop Summary: A friendly atmosphere that invites you to hang out and get to know others in the cycling community. I have more than tripled my group of riding friends since this shop has opened. Specializes in custom bikes as well as tuning and maintainence. Carries a lot of accessories that aren't available at the more mainstream boutiques such as wide handlebars, bash gaurds, jump stops, aggressive offroad tires and more. This is more than just a bike shop, it's place to learn about where to ride, pick up riding tips and find people to actually ride with. Good prices that rival even the discount internet sites with great service to boot!
Customer Service: Adam is the best around for tune ups, and builds each bike as if it were his own. I'd even say he's a bit anal with the details which is good for us. He is an engineer and could have a "real job" but he opened this shop out of love for the sport and it shows. He will take his time and discuss the details of your build and share riding tips, exchange riding stories and offers clinics for beginers and intermediates. He knows what works, what doesen't and what's practical in terms of components, gear and such because he has been riding and racing mountain bikes for most of his life. Other Comments: Great shop! Something for all levels of riding and experience. If you're out there riding by yourself stop in and find some folks to ride with. If you're from out of town and want to know where to ride stop by. There is good chance you'll not only find out where to ride but find someone to ride with.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Just bought my first custom built bike. Its also my first 29er. Adam was very helpfull and patient with me allowing me to build exactly what I wanted. The Surley Karate Monkey is exactly what I wanted. The compact geomometry alows steep hill climbs without the wheel skids and spins I had with other bikes. Customer Service: Very helpful and knoweledgeable, and helpfully. Adam seems to know what he is talking baout and have had no problems with my bike. Other Comments: The shop is great go check it out and chill on the smallest couch I have ever seen! (the little black futon in the corner). It is the type of shop that you can go hang out and meet more people to ride with. Thanks Adam for having a kick BUTT shop.
