Shop Summary:
Awesome Atmosphere!!! Love the Wednesday (now Tuesday) rides! Where else can I hang out and find a ride just about any day of the week??

Customer Service:
Came by looking for platform pedals, and not only was this the only place I'd been that carried them, but the best place to bring my old GT for service. After totally rebuilding my Old decrapped Pantera Buzz lead me to a badass Rocky Mountain and built up the sickest Voodoo Urban bike I've ever seen.

Other Comments:
I might have quit riding had I not stumbled on the True Wheel. Other shop in town wanted me to wait 2 weeks just to bring my repair in, and the dumbass kid working there couldn't direct me to any local trails because he didn't even ride a friggin bike! WTF???

Shop Summary:
awesome mechanic, awesome atmosphere, no elitism . . . group rides every Tuesday @ 6:06 PM . . . everyone feels welcome and everyone feels that they are among friends here . . .

Customer Service:
buzz goes out of his way to fix problems with any bike, any brand, any style and any size (from kids bikes from wal-mart, 29ers, single speeds, road bikes, cruisers, full suspensions, etc.)

the expert advice, honesty and fast reliable service are unmatched anywhere and with out a doubt outshines the local competition by far.

it's nice to have a shop and a mechanic that will go out of their way to provide the best possible service. buzz has went above and beyond what would be expected for myself and every other customer that has visited his shop. buzz is more interested in giving his customers the best possible service and not just selling more parts and more service.

Other Comments:
buzz goes out of his way to provide group rides that not only feature the local popular trails but is always seeking new trails and new adventures for his friends and customers.

Shop Summary:
I had Buzz assemble and tune my Fantom 29 Pro and he did an outstanding job. He even swapped out stems in order to get me a better fit. He doesn't stock much inventory which keeps prices down, but he'll order anything you need and give you a loaner part until your part comes in. Great mechanic with a great attitude.

Shop Summary:
Absolutely the best wrench around. This is the place for custom builds, not box bikes. if you're looking for cheap "everybody else has this so its what i want" bikes, go elsewhere. Lots of great specialty parts that you can't find anywhere else without special ordering them.

Customer Service:
Again, great. Buzz has more experience than anyone i've ever met. You also get a nice bit of mountain bike wisdom while you're there.

Other Comments:
I had a nasty little disc brake problem (Juicy 5's, and no it wasn't the noise) the pads kept dropping out of the rear caliper. Buzz was the only mechanic in the area that actually worked on and fixed the caliper instead of just selling me new pads. I had actually gone through roughly 12 sets of pads until he fixed the caliper.
