Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Nice shop Friendly people, but seem to cater to the roadie crowd more. Customer Service: I'm sure it is fine, but when I asked about local mountain biking, the response was that there is nothing, unless it is triathlon. Other Comments: Very little selection of mountain bikes.

Weekend Warrior Shop Summary: Sell mainly Cannondale and Giant bikes, but also specialize in custom cycle manufacturers (Griffen and a few others). Smaller shop but very knowledgeable. Customer Service: This is where they excel. Outstanding service. Did a custom, computerized measurement of my body and made recommendations on which bikes would work for me and which would not. I was very impressed by their knowledge of the equipment. They asked me a lot of questions on my preference for how I ride, how long I would ride, riding style (aggressive, moderate, etc...) and made sure that my style would be a good fit for the bike I chose. Didn't try to sell me on a fancier bike and even told me to stick with the Aluminum frame because I wouldn't need all-Carbon. They actual told me that the weight difference wasn't enough to justify the extra money that I would need to spend for a Carbon bike. Other Comments: Full disclosure...I left the review for the Wheel and Sprocket shop in Appleton, WI (it wasn't a good experience). This is where I came next and was glad that I did. Awesome shop, excellent service and very helpful. I will continue to service my bikes here and keep coming back.
