Cross Country Rider Shop Summary:
Full service shop on Water St. in Eau Claire. I know they carry Giant + GT and a couple of other brands. Very nice shop and very friendly guys to work with. Customer Service:
EXCELLENT customer service, I called them on the phone and told them what I was looking for. They had it ready a couple hours later, that was from the box to trail ready with extras. Very impressed to say the least. The guys I dealt with were Ryan and Terry, very helpful and went out of there way to get my bike ready that night. I couldn't be more happy. Just hoping to go riding with these guys sometime! Other Comments:
I liked the shop enough to go back the next day and get a bike for my wife. A++++ bike shop!
