Shop Summary:
Nice looking upper level, but the actual bike part of the store is disorganized and cluttered.

Customer Service:
Terrible. I ordered a part from them, then three weeks later they said it was coming.(I was like, O.K. that's fine, wondering why it took so long) and apparently they didn't order it until two weeks after I told them to. So I was all excited the day of for it to come in, and he said there was a note on the package that they were out of stock! I could it be out of stock if I paid for it and you said it was in stock!?!?

Other Comments:
This is an absolutely horrific bike shop, everything is terrible about it. But I do like it as a ski shop. If you're going to go to a bike shop in the area, go to extreme ski and bike which is very nice, and local motion outfitters.
