Shop Summary:
I really like the shop and it's location. They always seem to have what I'm looking for and I always seem to find that little something extra I can't live without. If they don't have it they can always get it.

Customer Service:
Wow! What can I say and where should I start? George and his staff are awesome. George definitely goes above and beyond. There was an incident involving me, my road bike a flat and a rainstorm. I called the store and George came to pick me up took me back the his shop where he repaired my tire at no cost. Talk about service and dedication. I would recommend highly this shop to anyone who rides. I won't go anywhere else.

Shop Summary:
Sell Cannondale, Jamis and Trek

Customer Service:
I'm from Fort Collins, CO and had problems with a brand new Cannondale Flash 2 that our local shop, ProVelo, was too busy and not really interested in working on since I didn't purchase it from them. I called George and Rock on Wheel desperate to hve the bike read for a week-long unsupported trip. He was both reassuring about the quailty of the bike and that though he was busy would turn it around in 24 hours for me. Well, it took numerous calls to Cannondale to dial in how to fix my problem and get a part. I'm sure spent far too many hours on the phone and had me fixed as sson as possible. He also took the time to make some adjustments to make the bike fit better and show me how some of my fancy new stuff worked and things to watch out for. I hope Cannondale's warrant department covers the expense because George didn't charge me anything for all of his labor. Excellent, excellent service and worth the 45 minute drive each way.
