Shop Summary:
I have, over the years, dealt with every major mail order retailer on the internet. JensonUSA has become my absolute favorite. When, in the rare circumstance that they don't have a particular item (color, size, brand, etc.) that I want, and I'm forced to deal with one of their competitors, the difference in the user interface and level of customer service is always a BIG disappointment. Other comments have already listed Jenson's many outstanding attributes. So, I'll just add that I completely agree. They're the best out there and my recent dealings with them reaffirms that opinion.

Customer Service:
Personable, responsive, accomodating, knowledgable...I can't come up with enough positive adjectives to describe how good JensonUSA customer service is. In my experience, they are the best. The only company that comes close is Speedgoat. (They're pretty da-- good too:)

Shop Summary:
JensonUSA is without a doubt the best online shop in the country. I shop online for parts quite a bit. I've tried most of the major online retailers, many of the smaller and new online shops, and I keep coming back to JensonUSA.

They have the best customer service of ANY online retailer I've ever encountered. It's really remarkable how well they do. The few times that I've needed to contact them (UPS problems), they exceeded my expectations.

They have a very aggressive price matching policy - I use it all the time without fail. Their prices are always competitive, and their shipping is straight forward and reasonable.

I don't want to overdo it here, but JensonUSA really is the gold standard for online bike shops.

Customer Service:
The best, bar none!

Shop Summary:
I did my home work, knew what I was looking for; best price & on a budget. They claimed that the Pedros dot grips were new in the packing and for SMALL hands: Perfectly correct!
Got best price on the camel hydration pack that is $40 most every where that I looked.

My order was 100% correct. Ordered and paid for on Tue and got on Friday by 2pm!

I spend total $35.95 on 2 items out the door. I checked local bike stores and if I would have bought items from them it would have cost me $60 plus more gas money and driving in traffic!

Grateful!

Customer Service:
Never had to call them!

Other Comments:
Best advice: do your homework: price check; call around. check internet and MTBR on average price spent on items....time is money....

Shop Summary:
Online shop who claims of free shipping but not. Be careful when ordering at this place.

Customer Service:
I ordered bunch of stuff and all qualified for free shipping. But items were sent different times and from different places so my free shipping went away. Their website claims that all items were in stock...nope, one was 15 days waiting time. I had to cancel that order. They charged me for Califonia tax but items came from diffrent state. This shop !@#$ me and I am really pissed. I am not buying from this place again and you shouldn't too. Consider yourself warned.

Shop Summary:
Best prices on almost all products and when I happened to find it cheaper somewhere else I just request a price match. A well worth it action simply because if any issue was to arise these guys will take care of it faster then you could make it to your local bike shop.

Customer Service:
The best service I have encountered thus far. Recently I purchased a set of crank brothers 50/50 pedals, one of them fell apart. After dialing the number it took roughly 45 seconds for a live person to answer. When asked if they could ship the replacement pedals before they receive the old set the reply was "no problem, just call us back with the shipping cost so we can reimburse your account." The new order appeared on the web site literally within minutes with overnight shipping assigned to it. The pedals arrived in 48 hours. This is only the latest in my dealings with the company and its helpful staff.
