Shop Summary:
Excellent online service. Always one of the first 3 sites I will check anytime I'm looking for a new part. Very competative prices, and ongoing discounts for large dollar purchases.

Customer Service:
Excellent at answering emails. Only issue I've ever had was a non response to a request I sent for a price match. Other than that, I've gotten timely and helpful replies to other requests.

Shop Summary:
Buyer beware. I ordered the Thule STL lock online and was sent the Thule STL2 lock. After calling the shop, they do not even carry what I was ordering.

Shop Summary:
Great shop. I live nearby and always go pick my order up, so I save even more.

Customer Service:
Not only are their prices and online store great, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and they build a great wheel too.

Other Comments:
If you take advantage of their price matching and the vip10 and vip15 coupon codes, their great prices get even better.

Shop Summary:
It is a great internet shop. A wide variety of products at great prices. And If you find a cheaper price on the internet they will match it. This site is Jenson USA's main competition.

Customer Service:
They are great with answering emails and questions posted on their website. Usually within 48 hours. When you call they have a tendency of putting you on hold for a bit. They are however extremely knowledgeable and make an effort to get to know each customer in order to help you find exactly what you need.

Other Comments:
Wheel building is great. I got a set of Mavic 729s with XT hubs and DT Comp spokes. Arrived in excellent conditions. Was a little worried that they didn't really reinforce the boxes w/ padding. My only disappointment was the time it actually took to build and get to my door. I ordered my wheelset on May 11th and didn't receive it till May 26th. Are You Kidding Me!!! The product is great so long as you don't need it in a hurry.

Shop Summary:
Great Internet shop. Lots of selection and great prices. I buy about 90% of my bike gear from them.

Customer Service:
Never had a reason to use it yet. I have recived all my items in perfect new working order everytime. Great follow up e-mails for tracking and such.

Other Comments:
the other thing I love about them is the rebate. One orders of 150 or more make sure to add VIP10 for 10% off, or if you have spent more than 300 use VIP15 for 15% off. Shipping prices are very fare by the way.
