Shop Summary:
Decent selection of products.
Very small, cramped store. Expect to have bikes and other patrons bumping in to you while there.

Customer Service:
It is hit or miss. I have had decent service from employees in the past but lately it's been lacking. Some of the techs must think they are curing cancer the way they talk down to customers.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a bike to be serviced. If they give you an expected finished date, it means nothing. I've waited more than a week on a job I was told would be ready the next day. I was more or less laughed at when I came in expecting to pick my bike up.

Shop Summary:
It's a great place to buy things or just look around at what's what. The location is easily accessible by transit which is a bonus. You walk in an you are greeted by friendly employees who honestly want to take the time to help you. Very good value and if they don't have something thay are quick to grab an order catalogue and phone.

Customer Service:
Second to none. Where other shops have treated me like I'm a nuisance for asking questions, these fellas are thrilled to have a chat. The guys in the shop know what they are doing - so much so that it's scary. You can tell the people there like eachother and like their jobs.

Other Comments:
It's what a bike shop should be. Comfortable and full of passionate riders.

Lots of high quality parts in stock, including good DH stuff.

Customer Service:
The employees know their shiznipple, especially Terry and that strange half asian half euro lookin guy. He smokes long cigarettes.

Shop Summary:
Lots of bikes and other related crap in stock to drain your bank account! Which could be a good or bad thing depending on your financial situation.

Customer Service:
Ask for Terry or Tweek if you want solid work done on your bike. Not knocking on the other shop techs. They are just the only guys I have known the longest.

Other Comments:
Giggity, Giggity! All Right!

Shop Summary:
Used to be live in Toronto (although my wife used to accuse me of living at the shop sometimes), now living in Vancouver. You'd think the shops in town here in the shadow of the North Shore would have it all going on, but the in-stock selection and willingness to do special orders at Cycle Solutions, all at great prices simply can't be beat by any other shop I've been to. I'm still crying the blues from not having them nearby as my LBS any more.

Customer Service:
The entire crew is the best at developing customer relationships, and going to the wall to try to please everyone as best as realistically possible within a very active environment.
